Shipping

All of our  wares are posted via a nominated courier service. We allocate 2 days per week to send out all wares orders, although we will endeavor to send your order out to you as soon as possible please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Postage time frames can depend on whether you are located in a regional or metro area, public holidays  and weekends.

Ship items at your own risk. Items will be insured with shipping carriers, and is the buyers responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment. We will not refund for lost ( by carrier)  or damaged orders.

Restocking Fee Disclaimer:

If you purchase an item and choose shipping and the item clearly states in the description it can not be shipped & you are unable to pick up we can credit you back your purchase - a 25% restocking 

 

 

Do you provide delivery tracking? 

yes, once your item has been shipped you will be contacted with a shipping number.

Can I nominate a specific delivery date? 

As we use third party freight carrier services we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time.
