LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Local delivery orders go out every Wednesday.

You will receive an email or text when the driver begins the delivery route and when your item has been delivered. We finalize our delivery list at 4 p.m. on Mondays; if you place a delivery order after 4 p.m. on Monday, your order will go out the following week.

LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS

Our delivery driver can help you move your item to the first floor of your home or building. The driver cannot help you transport the item to a second story or higher. If you need an item positioned on the second or third floor of your home, make arrangements to have additional support.

 

 WILL THE DRIVER BRING MY ITEM/S INSIDE?

The automatic delivery method selected in your region will always be for a standard delivery ground floor service. This does not include bringing your item/s into your premises and your order will be delivered to the closest threshold of your address. If you require your item to be taken above ground floor or into your premises please contact Shop@brickalleyco.com to obtain a quote for a 'white glove' delivery service.
